Mat Franco Blows Away with Incredible Magic on The Talk
During his recent appearance on The Talk, Franco treated the panel of hosts and audience with magic. The magician began the trick by asking Akbar Gbajabiamila to choose a card. The former American football player then picked seven of hearts, showed it to the audience, and gave it back to Franco.
“Is seven okay? I always give people a chance to change their mind, you know why? Let’s say he didn’t want the seven, you know what I would do? I would just erase it,” he said, before making printed suit vanish.
Shortly after, he revealed that he kept the suit in his non-existent pocket. To further entertain the crowd, Franco said he can erase any suit from the deck, then unbelievably making the queen of diamonds. Subsequently, he quickly removed the suit of every card in the entire deck, except Gbajabiamila’s seven of hearts.
To say that everyone in The Talk studio was floored is an understatement.
“So talented and such an easy going approach,” one commented on Instagram.
“Mat won the week! Amazing, high energy performance,” another one wrote.
Franco won AGT in 2014 after impressing with his personality driven, skill-based sleight of hand magic. He rose to fame as the first ever magician to win America’s Got Talent.
Upon watching his guesting on The Talk, many fans took the time to praise the magician for his short magic performance. Furthermore, several fans mentioned how stunning he is during his Las Vegas shows.
“Awesome Vegas show- sat in the front and was so confused and in awe!” one fan wrote.
“The best show I’ve seen in Vegas. He looks like great guy as well,” another person wrote.
Franco headlines Magic Reinvented Nightly, a performance of inventive magic acts which includes plenty of crowd-guided improv. Over the years indeed, he has managed sweep audiences off their feet with his magic.
“It’s called ‘Magic Reinvented Nightly’ for good reason,” the description in his bio reads. “Don’t expect the standard Vegas magic act – this is interactive magic that combines the old and new.”
