Chrissy Teigen recently took to Instagram to share a photo of herself breastfeeding her four-month-old baby daughter Esti. The model and her husband, The Voice coach John Legend, welcomed Esti in January of this year.
Chrissy Teigen Shares Breastfeeding Photo on Instagram
In Teigen’s photo, she can be seen sitting cross-legged on the sofa with baby Esti in her arms. Her top is pulled down for Esti to breastfeed. On the other side of her chest, Teigen has a breast milk collector tucked into the fabric of her top.
“Esti has another bestie: the Haakaa Ladybug Silicone Breast Milk Collector!” Teigen wrote in the post’s caption. “It is the perfect breast pad alternative for moms who want to save every drop of leakage and letdown instead of soaking it up.”
Teigen’s Instagram followers shared positive reactions to the post. One commenter named @delnab19 praised Teigen for being so open about the breastfeeding experience, writing, “Beautiful. Thank you for not ‘covering up.’ None of us should have to.”

Teigen Gave Birth to Esti in January
In January, Teigen and Legend welcomed Esti Maxine into their family. She joins the couple’s other two children Luna and Miles. The couple has been open about their past experience with pregnancy loss and decision to undergo IVF.
Teigen has faced her fair share of mom shaming and conspiracy theories since giving birth. Last month, she assured everyone that Esti was safe after a commenter criticized the way her carrier was attached to Legend’s chest.
Then earlier this month, Teigen responded to a rumor that she had welcomed Esti via a surrogate and pretended to be pregnant with a fake baby bump. Teigen was amused by the rumor, posting a photo from the hospital right after Esti’s birth to prove she really did give birth.
