The Voice Season 22 champions Girl Named Tom have officially released their first new single since winning the show. The track is called “What a View,” and it comes with a colorful music video that’s perfect for summer.

Girl Named Tom Release New Single ‘What a View’

“What a View” is a feel-good pop song on which the sibling trio sings about living in the moment. As the chorus goes, “Don’t you blink, you’ll miss what happens / Always crashing into something new / Don’t look back, just ride the madness / Bittersweet but kinda magic, too / Life is flashing by, but what a view.”

The song’s music video has a summery feeling, as the siblings (Bekah, Joshua, and Caleb Liechty) lounge by the pool and hang out in a colorful kitchen. The fun clip ends with the three of them falling backwards into the pool.

The group announced the new single earlier this month, having previously teased the song’s title in their Instagram posts. They continued to share snippets of the track with fans in the days leading up to the track’s release.

The trio also encouraged fans to pre-save the song, explaining that more pre-saves means the track is more likely to be added to playlists on streaming platforms like Spotify and Apple Music.

The Group Won Season 21 of The Voice

Girl Named Tom auditioned for Season 21 of The Voice, turning four coaches’ chairs with their performance of “Helplessly Hoping” by Crosby, Stills & Nash. They chose to join Kelly Clarkson’s team and ended up becoming the first group to win the show.

Since their win, the trio has been busy touring around the country, and they also made the move to Nashville. Last year, they released a Christmas EP titled One More Christmas, featuring covers and original songs.
